My family and I spent our holidays in Pitsidia. Inspired by the naturalness of Crete's south and a feeling of contentment, the desire to create something of our own in this place arose.
We didn't want to build just another holiday villa in the region, we wanted to do it better. We wanted to create something extraordinary. And the result is more than just a holiday villa. A beautiful place has been created. A place of peace and relaxation.
I found one of the most creative builders in the region, Aristidis Matthaiakis, and set out with him to find a suitable plot. I travelled to Crete a dozen times and each trip was filled with joy and excitement. The plot and its location had to be uncompromising as the basis for our project: an unobstructed dreamlike view of the sunset in the Libyan Sea as well as the Psiloritis Mountains and a very quiet location. And we found the best place.
My builder took the utmost care in selecting the natural building materials and used his creativity in a unique way.
We also put all our energy into the choice of furnishings, selecting with great attention to detail. We commissioned an artisan to create each bathroom individually from old natural woods.
When it came to the choice of beds, we continued down the natural path. Coco-Mat beds and mattresses are made of pure natural materials.
With 150 m² of interior living space and 4 terraces totalling 370 m², we have created a place where you can unwind with 8 (+2) people. Villa Inia offers you four bedrooms, two bathrooms en suite, one bathroom and a WC for visitors.
Your children are very welcome.
Of course, smoking is not allowed in the rooms of Villa Inia.
