The rental prices shown are for 7 nights and for an occupancy of up to 8 persons.
Extra charge per additional person 50,- € per night (max. 2 children).
Minimum stay 7 nights.
2996,- € November to March (additional night 428,- €)
3780,- € April, May, June, October (additional night 540,- €)
4480,- € July to September (additional night 640,- €)
The rental price includes 100% rest and relaxation, VAT, electricity, water, WLAN, SAT-TV, bed linen, towels, a weekly intermediate cleaning including change of bed linen and towels, final cleaning.
On request, various additional services (e.g. massage on site) can be arranged by local service providers. These are not included in the rental price.
Arrival is possible daily from 4 pm. Departure must please take place by 10 am.
Terms of payment:
A 20% deposit of the total rental price is due upon booking.
The balance is due at least 90 days before arrival.
Cancellation policy:
Regardless of the time of cancellation, no refund of the deposit will be made to the guest. If a replacement tenant is found for the cancelled period, the deposit will be refunded.
If a cancellation is made up to 90 days before arrival, 100% of the rental price minus the deposit will be refunded to the guest.
If a cancellation is made 90 days or more prior to arrival, no refund will be made.
If a replacement tenant is found for the cancelled period, the full rental price including deposit will be refunded to the guest.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Long-term rental of the villa is also possible from December to March. Minimum stay 8 weeks. Rental price 700,- € / week (up to 2 persons). Each additional person 30,- € per night.
