HOLIDAY VILLA ON CRETE
My family and I spent our holidays in Pitsidia. Inspired by the naturalness in the south of Crete and a sense of contentment, the desire to create something unique in this place arose.
We did not just want to build another holiday villa in the area, we wanted to do better. We wanted to create something extraordinary. And the result is more than a holiday villa. It's a beautiful place. A place of rest and relaxation.
I found one of the region's most creative architects, Aristidis Matthaiakis, and went with him to find a suitable site. I traveled to Crete a dozen times and each trip was filled with joy and excitement. The plot and its location had to be uncompromising as the basis for our project: a fantastic view to the Libyan Sea and the Ida-Mountain and a quiet location. And we found the best place.
My master builder carefully selected the natural building materials and uniquely set his creativity in scene.
Also in the choice of the equipment we put all our strength, searched with great attention to detail. We commissioned a craftsman to make each bathroom individually from old natural woods. In the choice of beds, we went the natural way. Coco-Mat beds and mattresses are made of pure natural materials.
It is located in a detached location on a 5000 m² plot on the outskirts of the village Pitsidia in the South of Crete.
With 150 m² of living space and 4 terraces on 220 m², it can comfortably accommodate eight adults. The 45 m² infinity pool with counter-current system and adjoining children's pool has also direct view to the sea and the sunset.
The villa has four bedrooms, two bathrooms en suite, one bathrooms and a toilet for visitors. Furthermore, you will find a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a professional treadmill and an indoor spinnig bike available.
The excellent service and the personal care on site of our manager Birgit Popp complete your holiday.
My family and I enjoy the best weeks of the year at Villa Inia and we want our guests to have a wonderful time as well.
Villa Inia was created in 2016.
Sincerely, R. Rausch
